Please follow below instructions to update licenses

(If your license file is in .xml format)

1. Login to BMC Helix Client Gateway

2. Stop the KWIC service

3. Delete the license.xml file from license directory (C:\Program Files\Kaazing\5.x\license) and copy the license.xml file to same location

4. Start the KWIC service now

5. Once KWIC service starts successfully, please verify the log (C:\Program Files\Kaazing\5.x\log)and confirm it has picked up the new license file correctly

6. In case of issues Please Submit a New Case through Support Central > Case Management to request Techincal help in installation of the BMC Helix Client Gateway License, with the subject title "BMC Helix Client Gateway License Update- Assistance Request".

Note

Directory Structure above is the default and will change depending on the gateway version or the installation path.
Linux Gateways will follow the same instruction, the only diffrence will be, the way to stop and start the service in Linux.
